| Requestors may choose one of the four formats to recognize an
individual or group. Only names of individuals and school recognized clubs,
organizations and teams will be accepted.   Additional
comments will not be accepted.   However,
titles relating to education (Doctor), military rank, or a religious
nature may be included. Commonly used nicknames may be included
but must be acceptable to the individual and are subject to review. The
following would be acceptable:   John "Jack" Brown. |
| All engraving requests must be approved by the Brick Committee.

| A maximum of 14 characters is allowed per line.   This includes letters,
spaces and punctuation.
|
| Only one (1) name will be allowed per brick. |
The cost of each brick is $50.
A discount of 10% is available for 5-6 bricks purchased at the same time
(cost: $45 per brick). A discount of 20% is available for 7 or more
bricks purchased at the same time (cost: $40 per brick).

| Brick certificates are available for gift giving.

| Engraved bricks will be placed in a professionally
designed and landscaped walkway at the F-M High School auditorium entrance.
A directory, listing the location of each brick, can be found by the two-door
entrance located to the right of the engraved bricks. |
